“I would like to thank Jovany Cuellar and Salvador Cuellar for doing an amazing job on 2 projects in my home. I sincerely appreciate their honesty in project pricing, good communication skills (they are working on projects daily but they do respond in a timely manner), highly skilled workmanship, amazing attention to detail and impeccable work ethic. Cuellar Property Solutions completed a carpet/linoleum demo with a vinyl floor installation for a 498 sq ft family room. After demo it was obvious the concrete subflooring was going to need to be leveled prior to installing a 20mil vinyl plank flooring. His cost proposal for the added/new project scope of leveling the concrete subfloor was reasonable and honest. (I sought out 2 other estimates that were ridiculously high) . With that said; the completion of the concrete leveling of the subfloor, installation of the vinyl plank flooring and the baseboards looks amazing. (please see photos) Additionally, they clean up after demo/construction and haul away the trash after each project. (I have experienced contractors leaving a mess and trash after a project) My second project was to add quartzite ledger to my existing brick fireplace which required having to level the brick surface to apply the floating quartzite ledger and quartzite corner pieces. They also creatively installed 12x24 porcelain tile on the landing in front of the fireplace. With that part of the project they very creatively, cut pieces of the quartzite ledger in order to create a quartzite bullnose to frame the tile installed on the fireplace landing. Again, this speaks to their creativity, skill, workmanship and work ethic to complete the job and make it look beautiful. I am extremely pleased with this outcome. As a homeowner I have had to hire several contractors in the last two years and I have had the worst experience with having to spend more money to correct the poor workmanship of these unskilled contractors. However, I am grateful to have met Jovany and Salvador because I trust and believe they are honest contractors that have my best interest at heart and are willing to help me understand the best way to complete my project vision. That to me, is of indescribable value to me as a homeowner. Thank you again Cuellar Property Solutions, I appreciate you!“
