This was my first time using Oak Plumbing and I would use them again. The technician, Jovan Cummings was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He accommodated my time so that I did not have to go through the weekend without the use of a kitchen faucet. He did an excellent job and tidied up his work area before leaving. Oak inspected the plumbing issues, recommended materials and estimated the cost of the job. The plumber took 10% deposit and will return in two days for the work. I am confident in the company.

Had a horrible water leak. Oak Plumbing came right out within one day of calling them. Amy, in the office was very professional and was sure I was well informed. They sent a young man named Travis to try and track down the leak. He used "every tool in his bag" to troubleshoot problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable... and personable! Once the leak(s) was found, Travis methodically began to make repairs. Before the work began, he explained in layman's terms what needed to be done.
