“Started with what we thought was just a clogged bathroom drain but then we noticed the shower was backing up anytime we ran the sink and the toilet started bubbling too. At that point we knew it was something bigger. Alejandro came out and traced the issue back to a blockage further down the drain line. He cleared the line, tested everything a few times and made sure the shower, sink and toilet were all draining normally before leaving. Definitely glad we called because this was way beyond something we could've fixed ourselves. Everything has been working like normal since.“

“I usually can take care of my own maintenance around the house but this one was giving me problems. My toilet kept running and then started having trouble flushing too. I tried fixing it myself a couple times but couldn’t get it right so I finally called someone. They came out, figured out what was wrong and replaced a few parts inside the toilet. “This is my second review for Standard Plumbing, six years after the first one. In 2017 we bought ALL our bathroom and kitchen plumbing supplies, faucets, shower, shower pan, etc from Standard Plumbing. They have been very helpful. Over the years we have enjoyed the newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Six years later, one of the Grohe faucets started to have a very low water flow due to deposits.I went to the store to ask for assistance in buy a replacement part. One of the gentlemen working there, Johnny, has been very helpful. As soon as I provided him with copies of my 2017 purchases, he was able to track down the replacement part, reached out to Grohe and asked them to send us three replacement aerators for the three Grohe faucets. Not only did they send them, but the shipment was free of any charges, since the Grohe faucets have a true lifetime warranty.I really appreciate Johnny's help, so I thought that a nice note on Yelp would show potential customers that they will be in good hands with the Standard Plumbing team in Concord.We will certainly continue to use their services for any of our plumbing supplies needs.Thank you for your help and support, Johnny.“

I cannot speak highly enough of In Demand and their team. I have worked with them for Plumbing and HVAC help. Both departments were so good I am going to give a review for each.

First Plumbing. I first found In Demand for a previous house and they were a fantastic help for getting a faucet replaced that was rusted over. Very professional, efficient, and a reasonable price.
We have recently moved into a new home and o man there was a lot of work that should have been done that wasn't. Jesse was the first one stuck with me and went through the entire house to help identify what the issues we knew about were as well as ones that we should be aware of. Very patient with me, explained things well, and fixed everything up so my family can use all the plumbing with confidence.

I also learned the hard way that you aren't supposed to put egg shells down the disposal. For that one Vince was stuck with me. He was very nice, got things cleared up, and checked the area beyond my screw up thoroughly while he was in there to make sure there were no other issues I caused.

For the second part I would like to also give a lot of gratitude to Ben C. at In Demand helping with HVAC. This house has a lot going on, new unit with issues, trying to use home warranty, and more. Ben has come multiple times now and really took the time to figure out what was going on, explain it to me, and help me work with home warranty to get things moving along.

AND!!! Anytime I call In Demand Jasmine answers and she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Always a pleasure to speak with.

I signed up for their maintenance plan and recommend you do the same if you are a homeowner. Seriously fantastic. Don't know what I would do without you guys. Be wet and hot I guess and I am very glad my family doesn't have to suffer through that thanks to your knowledge and expertise! Really really appreciate.
