“Within 45 mins of taking my request for service, Miguel and an associate arrived at the house, that was AWESOME!They diagnosed the problem as being, a clog within the toilet bowl and not what I had originally thought it would be (a clog in the line under the house! This saved me some money to fix because to have to "snake" the outside lines takes a little more time but they were able to fix the problem with an auger directly through the toilet. I really appreciated this companies honesty, as I have been hijacked by services in the past. Miguel and his associate were very professional and pleasant and, as always is a happy surprise, they were careful not to create alot for me to clean up and I REALLY appreciate that, I cant tell you enough!! So thanks Echo Plumbing for a job well done!!I highly recommend ECHO PLUMBING!!“

“We ran into a problem with the drain line to our dishwasher and called Nancy’s Plumbing. We’ve used them twice before and both times received quality and prompt service along with a very reasonable quote. Ricardo (Ricky) arrived early which was great and got right to work. Once finished, he tested everything he had repaired and mentioned a small gasket that was cracked so we would be aware of it. He said it was nothing serious and could wait but we decided to go ahead with that too. Because he didn’t have the part he ran to ACE hardware, picked up the part, and finished the job quickly. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They do quality work, charge a reasonable rate, and are prompt and friendly! Next time you need a plumber try calling Nancy’s Plumbing. I know you’ll be glad you did!“

“Fast, efficient, and possibly the best customer service I have ever received from a company. Stoddard plumbing is a family owned business who genuinely cares about their customers. After calling numerous places to help us with connection to sewer and septic tank abandonment (which if you are going through this it is quite a stressful process), it was so refreshing to speak with someone who actually wants to help you. Julie, who answers the phone, is incredibly knowledgeable about anything septic or sewer. She explained the entire process throughly to us and gave us all the information we needed. He was able to identify, locate, and install a replacement for the old hardware that solved all issues. He made it look easy but it was his expertise that resolved our issue within 2 hours and allowed us to have water again in the house AND make we were able to make a dinner party only a few minutes late. thanks so much for the kind, knowledgable service.“

“This is my second review for Standard Plumbing, six years after the first one. In 2017 we bought ALL our bathroom and kitchen plumbing supplies, faucets, shower, shower pan, etc from Standard Plumbing. They have been very helpful. Over the years we have enjoyed the newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Six years later, one of the Grohe faucets started to have a very low water flow due to deposits.I went to the store to ask for assistance in buy a replacement part. One of the gentlemen working there, Johnny, has been very helpful. As soon as I provided him with copies of my 2017 purchases, he was able to track down the replacement part, reached out to Grohe and asked them to send us three replacement aerators for the three Grohe faucets. Not only did they send them, but the shipment was free of any charges, since the Grohe faucets have a true lifetime warranty.I really appreciate Johnny's help, so I thought that a nice note on Yelp would show potential customers that they will be in good hands with the Standard Plumbing team in Concord.We will certainly continue to use their services for any of our plumbing supplies needs.Thank you for your help and support, Johnny.“
