HMS plumbing saved the day! My water heater not only went out Monday, but was leaking all in the garage. I had googled plumbers and was scheduled for next day estimates. I called Harry (referred to by my sister) and he was at my house within the hour. He gave his estimate and was here the next day hours before he originally said. He added copper piping, a relief valve that actually worked, new lines, a tray, pvc piping, etc. He told me step by step of everything he did, how to work the ignition, showed how he positioned the valve handles to be reachable. Best plumber around, gets the job done fast and efficiently. Excellent customer skills and can do attitude. Carries a lot of stuff on the truck, and can save you money in the long run.

I was referred to Harry by another plumber who couldn't handle my somewhat complicated septic tank issue. Harry and HMS Plumbing was one of the few who could and I hired him on the spot. Despite several obstacles along the way Harry was able to both install the necessary new pump as well as rewire the electrical. No, he didn't come cheap but he got the job done right and relatively quickly. When the pump went out again a year and half later I called him again and he quickly diagnosed a tree root blockage.
