“First I am grateful for replacing the 30 feet broken sewer line promptly and professionally. I am very happy with Advanced Trenchless company.
I had two sewer companies came out and I was charged $250 from each company for using the camera to locate the breakage. I needed three estimates so Advance Trenchless was the third company I called. Nick came the next day with camera and did the estimate without charge. Wow, that was good. I finally hired Advanced Trenchless to replace the broken sewer. Nick explained the process clearly and it took only one day. I liked the 20 years warranty and the job would be inspected by contra costa county.
I am truly happy and thank you Nick and a four man crew from Advanced Trenchless. I highly recommend this advanced Trenchless company.

Ehret came in with the lowest bid and did the job well and efficiently and I was impressed with the workers. Ehret is a family business located in East Oakland. I recommended them to several friends who needed home plumbing repairs; they have come out to me for estimates on a drainage issue - turned out they couldn’t do what was needed as the camera was too large for the drain and I was not charged for the time plus many suggestions. They identified a leak from a pin-sized hole on one of our copper pipes, and fixed it in the same afternoon. Couldn't have been more thrilled with our service!

After getting three quotes we went with Water Heater Masters, Concord. They're a small, independently owned & operated plumbing company. Water Heater Masters replaced our water heater in 2018. Back then, their quote to replace our water heater was $900 lower than the best quote + Water Heater Masters installed a larger capacity unit that has been working flawlessly.

I contacted them to ask if they'd give me a quote on the Leak Detection/Auto-Shutoff valve. They confirmed they would since they offer a wide range of plumbing services. Their tech Dave came out the next day. Again they quoted far below the others. Dave came back & installed the unit. It's working perfectly!“

“First of all, when I called big brother’s plumbing, an actual human being answered the phone, even though it was Friday evening. Then when angel arrived to fix what I thought was the P-trap under the bathroom sink, he nailed what the real problem was and tried his very best to fix it so that it would match the rest of the hardware. That was not possible, even though he tried several options. But he was pleasant and efficient and informative. He even made a few phone calls on my behalf really nice time as plumbing problems go I would recommend them. They are honest and on the case and humans answer the phone.“
