I needed to have service on my oven door. The technician, Eugene, came promptly at 2:00( I was given a 2:00-4:00 window) . He was polite and professional, and took care of the problem. I have only had positive experiences with FUSE.
Got an appointment next day. Alex, my repair man, was courteous, respectful of the house, honest, and he explained everything to me. At first he thought it wasn't actually broken and the noise was a result of the washer and dryer rubbing together. We later discovered the problem persisted. He came back out to further diagnose the problem, no extra charge. They ordered the part and came back to repair it 2 days later. Showed me the broken parts after he replaced them. Max has been very good at responding to any issue and taking care of their clientele even after the install. Their service techs are pros at their jobs. Although their product line is not top shelf it is in many ways a bit of a sleeper. Owned by Daikin, Goodman is now improved and focus on simple design at lower costs. They seem reliable. Less bells and whistles to go wrong Would recommend
