My longtime AC started malfunctioning, spewing warm air during a semi-heatwave in L.A. It was a Thursday and the earliest available opening at George Haney was the following Tuesday. So I buckled in. What a GREAT surprise when Anthony, their tech, showed up the next day, Friday at 4:45pm (after business hours!) and replaced the capacitor & didn't mind while I watched and learned. He was professional, patient, and pleasant. HUGE THANKS to ANTHONY for showing up after business hours and making this customer happy! My sister and I need (not want) to acknowledge the expert work performed by John Spinelli, the AC tech. We had three other companies out before him and none of them knew what they were doing. John was professional, knowledgeable and timely. You can immediately tell when someone is skilled because they ask accurate and "to the point" questions about the problem. You can immediately pick up on their intentional and direct actions. John knew just what and where to check and he was not guessing. Our mom's AC is not in full working order and we are so incredibly thankful. THANK YOU GEORGE HANEY & SON FOR SENDING JOHN TO HANDLE OUR AC NIGHTMARE. GOD BLESS...
Our heater went out during the coldest temperature this winter month. It has been in the 40+ degrees in the morning and without the heater it was just not fun! My husband called George Haney & Son Inc. Heating and Air Conditioning and since we had a great experience with Sevag Armoudikian who fixed our Carrier Air Conditioner before, he was sent to fix our heater. He replaced the circuit board and it worked beautifully. Unfortunately, the heater went out again making a lot of noises. My husband called George Haney & Son Inc. Heating and Air Conditioning again.
