“Air Comfort Experts ultimately delivered on a difficult, intermittent manufacturer-related HVAC issue, and I appreciate their commitment to resolving it.

ACE installed our rooftop Trane unit back in April, but unfortunately shortly afterward an intermittent problem with the unit began. Because it was inconsistent, it took time to diagnose and couldn’t really be reproduced during visits. Over roughly nine months, their team worked through multiple troubleshooting steps and escalated each step of the way appropriately, ultimately needing to coordinate directly with Trane where they determined the problem to be a manufacturer-related issue with the unit.

A few weeks ago, the unit's blower motor was replaced under warranty, and since then the system has been operating exactly as it should, with immediate fan starts on every call. While follow-up sometimes required persistence, they stood behind their work, completed a challenging rooftop install and repair, and saw the job through to a successful resolution.”
