This company was amazing from start to finish!! We met with the owner Sam who, after asking about our expected future AC use, immediately presented us with reasonable options at a good price. There was NO pressure. He was professional, honest, really nice and very easy to talk to. The installers showed up on time and were seriously hard-working, efficient, fast and super clean. They explained everything carefully and made sure we understood the system, which we are very happy with. Great, honest technicians with reasonable prices and free estimates! I initially had my HVAC issue diagnosed by another company that is part of a home warranty policy I had. This company said my compressor was burnt out, and I needed to replace the entire HVAC system for $7K. I then asked Elvira Ocean Air to come for a free estimate to provide a second opinion (I always a good idea to get a second opinion on big jobs). Fernando arrived within a day, and was superb. He explained what he was doing, and after a couple of quick checks, he said I just had to replace a small component (the capacitor) for about $240. He had the parts, immediately fixed it, provided an extended warranty, and the HVAC has been working great so far. He was also very nice, friendly, and reasonable. Thank you for being honest and saving me thousands of dollars!
