“Very no frills cremation which can be good for efficiency and budget, but if you're sensitive and want a bit more decorum then this is not the place for you. There isnt a viewing room, you essentially stand before the cremator in a very warehouse setting with your loved one in the cardboard box and you watch them go in. You hear everything because there's only a wall between the waiting room and the facility. You sort of smell it as you leave. If you want a separate viewing room and not to see all that I recomend paying for a funeral home where they have a viewing room and more land to put the cremator at a distance. In my opinion though, this is an efficient facility.“

“If I could award this business 25 stars I would…this past week, I unfortunately needed to make that dreaded phone call to make “arrangements” for my 39 year old Cousin who died suddenly.
The staff was SO professional from that first phone call, emails, etc.
My Aunt wanted to view him before the cremation so we arranged the 30 minute viewing… this was WAY more than we expected. The room had some seating, candles, a diffuser with a pleasant scent… the quilt on him was a soft beige color.
Everything was more than perfect…
I would HIGHLY recommend this business if you unfortunately need this service for your loved one.
