Valley Funeral Home was capable of making what should be one of the most difficult experiences of our lifetime into a seamless, well-oiled operation. All of our family's wishes were respected, the entire staff was professional and attentive, and I didn't experience any predatory behavior or pressure to sign contracts without adequate pricing information. I will be returning to Valley Funeral Home when the next person in our lineage transcends to the other side.

Thank you Karla Gomez an (Bo) Boris Baikousheu for helping our whole family get through this nightmare. Other than my Mom- in- law just passin March 1st, this was our first, direct loss in our family. Some other distant relatives in Pennsylvania a long time ago that we barely knew. Thank you for professionalism and attention to all our needs! Being so kind and patient with me and my goofy sisters.Thank you for rounding up a 2nd easel we needed, helping, directing folks at the cermony. I know you do everything around there...Ive seen you in action, running up and down those stairs! You even scared off that phone scammer!!! Words can not express the gratitude I have for this team. We used them over 20 years ago when my father passed and again in March of 2023 for my mother's passing. From the moment I connected with Dena, it was like taking a huge weight off me. She guided my brother and I through the whole process and was super kind and patient. The services and the team were amazing. I believe I made my mom proud of how we handled it all. Dena and team, thank you for all you do. It's a hard job, but you do it well. I recommend them 110%.
