“I expected a smaller quieter spot but it’s actually pretty busy which is a good sign. The staff were friendly and got my order right even with a few changes I made. Food came out pretty fast which was nice, the portion size was defenitely generous for the price. Only thing i’d change is the seating felt a little cramped, but overall it was a solid experience.”
“Amazing Service!<br>From the start, picking her up, to getting her ready for viewing, the staff at Rose Mortuary took very good care of my mom!<br>Everything I needed was compassionately handled in this warm family-like atmosphere. I also had the service done of getting a memorial video made there, and it was excellent!<br>There was a small adjustment that had to be done on the video, and it was reviewed and corrected immediately. Each visit to the mortuary was a quick stop, giving me less to think about right after the loss of my dear mom.<br>The director of the mortuary, and the rest of the staff, made a difficult situation for my family and I much easier to deal with! I truly appreciated their respectful, kind, and attentively caring attitude in dealing with families who are mourning.<br>Highly recommended!”

“This month is undoubtedly the hardest of my life. The one bright spot was working with Gates Kingsley Gates on preparations for my late step-dad. We mainly worked with Dania, and I must say it is very hard to find anyone in any sector of customer services with Dania’s level of compassion, competence, accommodation, and professionalism, all without being made to feel like my mom or I were being hard sold on anything. The folks who picked up my stepdad from our house were incredible as well. It was quite honestly perfect service, at a time in my life that was greatly needed. Thank you.”
