Funeral Services and Cemeteries near Chatsworth picked by BestProsInTown
“I expected a smaller quieter spot but it’s actually pretty busy which is a good sign. The staff were friendly and got my order right even with a few changes I made. Food came out pretty fast which was nice, the portion size was defenitely generous for the price. Only thing i’d change is the seating felt a little cramped, but overall it was a solid experience.”
“I needed a funeral home last year after losing my Aunt. I spoke with several in the area and chose Rose Family after speaking with William. William was kind and empathetic. I didn’t feel pressured into making a decision, nor did I feel rushed in our conversation. Some of the other businesses that I spoke with were very transactional and got right into the numbers. Prior to the cremation they reached out to ensure that we did not want to visit with her one last time. We hadn’t even thought about it and it was nice to have the option.
When we picked up her ashes the staff was kind and put us at ease. Jennifer recently followed up with me on my Aunt’s birthday to check in and see if there was anything that I needed.
The professionalism and level of service has been outstanding. I appreciate the empathy and kindness I received. It was my first time having to work with a funeral home and I’m glad that I chose Rose Family. I would absolutely work with them again and I highly recommend them.”
