I believe we had spoke over the phone with gaselle over my family members passing and she was extremely patient and caring for both of us. She talked us through the whole cremation process and answered pretty much all our questions. We really need more sweet and caring people just like Gaselle who listen, and are compassionate about their job.
My mom prepaid for cremation with National Cremation Service many years ago, then passed away in June 2026. Her body was cared for by the North Hollywood (California) location. Gaselle M. Gave caring support to my sisters and I with completing the process for a final private viewing of my mom’s body then cremation. Gaselle and the National Cremation Service team explained and supported us with each step in the process. I am thankful and recommend their services.
