Recently we had a passing, and this mortuary was exceptional handling our love ones cremation at North Hollywood cemetery. Also Bob at the Northridge office was courteous and patient with us, and with all the paperwork we had to do, he did an excellent job. We opt for Direct Cremation, and they were upfront with the package charges. No surprises, no hidden fees. Everything was handled professionally. We can't thank you enough.
