Abel was very helpful with making the funeral arrangements. From choosing the urn to completing the reception catering. The chappel can be ready for a normal service or changed for non-denominational and can hold from family only to a large gathering. Bastien and Perrott is a wonderful experience.
The level of care and professionalism we received at the worst time of our lives is beyond compare. Bob was so helpful and really cared about what we are going thru. We can never thank him enough. Every review here speaks volumes and is absolutely correct. The entire team at Bastian and Perrott were so compassionate and respectful. Every single moment from arriving at the door to pick my dad up to the end of the burial was dealt with grace and empathy. That made a significantly difficult time a little bit easier. Abel worked with us and his experience and expertise made things much smoother and easier, when our dad passed we of course were having a hard time thinking properly and generally didn’t know what to do - he took care of everything for us and really took a weight off our shoulders.
