The staff at the Alpha Society made the tasks for arranging the passing of a loved one and the cremation process very simple and efficient. The team, including Erica and Sarah, were extremely kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable, answering all questions and concerns. Communication and empathy were the high points of the experience, with staff being responsive every time. However, there was an issue with the delivery of the remains, which were left at the garage door in the blazing sun instead of at the door. Despite this, Sarah and Erica were friendly, caring, and easy to work with, making the entire process smooth and manageable during a difficult time.

Erica and Sarah were extremely kind, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my numerous questions and concerns. I feel really fortunate that our family decided to use the Alpha Society to assist in arranging our final affairs for my brother that passed.

My only criticism was the delivery of my son's remains,
The USPS did not come to my door. Instead they left the box of my loved one at my garage door. On the ground in the blazing sun. Not very respectful.
Sarah and Erika were extremely friendly, caring, and very easy to work with. They made the whole cremation, etc. an easy process. Sarah was always available to answer any questions. Thank you!!!
