The team, including Erica and Sarah, were extremely kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable, answering all questions and concerns. However, there was an issue with the delivery of the remains, which were left at the garage door in the blazing sun instead of at the door. Despite this, Sarah and Erica were friendly, caring, and easy to work with, making the entire process smooth and manageable during a difficult time.
Everyone was very helpful. They take the time to help you with everything. The women who came to take my husband saluted the whole time they put him in the van. They also covered him with a flag and gave us time to say our goodbyes. They also helped with the Urns that I got for me, my children and grandchildren.
The Alpha Society was so helpful providing my family the services they requested. Geovanny was especially kind , supportive ,compassionate and always responsive. He definitely went above and beyond our expectations. Our family will always be grateful. The manager , Erica, deserves much praise.
Words can't express my appreciation for The Alpha Society. My family and I needed their services and called several places before finding Geovanny. He felt like a gift from the heavens during an incredibly difficult time. He was kind, thorough, attentive, and gentle with us throughout the process.
