This is my second time using the services of Pierce brothers in the last few years. Hopefully I will not have the need in the near future but if I Do, I would not go anywhere else. The team is very empathetic, communicative, supportive and reliable. I never felt like I was dealing with a business. No upsell attempts only supportive guidance
I wanted to take the time and thank Isabell for helping me and my family. She was caring and had a kind heart. The most scariest topic she made seem comfortable to move forward with and set up everything. Thank you Isabell, you will be missed. The only thing I ask the cemetery owners need to be strict to not allow everyone to make their loved ones cemetery seem different by adding fences and other stuff. It makes it seem unprofessional and devalues the cemetery.
It was a great experience working with Nancy D and Nancy B from Pierce Brothers. They are easy to communicate with and they have made our 3 day service impeccable. Losing a loved one is difficult but they have made the planning process easy for our family.
