Placed our order for a flat headstone and received it in the six week timeframe as stated on their webpage. It is beautiful! Could not have asked for better. Their online design process is easy and has many great selections. Thank you for this headstone, it makes the rough times we are having after the loss of our loved one a little bit easier to see how beautiful this headstone represents her.
A day after I wrote this I received a reply with an image of my fathers marker. Looks great just wish I could have gotten sooner.They are responsive and they do provide a good reasonable product.
I have to agree with the person giving one star. I haven't purchase a headstone, I'm looking around,doing my research, etc. When I call signature I got the same response or no response at all. My emails have not been return, questions were not answered and so on. I know, I know staff is limited, people working from home Bla,bla,bla....at least leave a message apologizing for the lack of customer service.
