During an incredibly difficult and emotional time, Carla made everything as simple, smooth, and stress-free as possible. She was compassionate, professional, and always made me feel like my mother and our family were being treated with genuine care and respect.
Sacred Crossing handled everything from the cremation to the necessary paperwork, including filing the documents for the death certificate and Social Security. They took care of so many details that I didn’t have to worry about, which meant so much to me during such a hard time.
They were also very affordable, and I truly appreciated that there were no surprises or unnecessary complications. Most importantly, Carla personally hand-delivered my mother’s ashes to me exactly as promised. That level of care and follow-through meant a great deal to me and my family.
