The Staff at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills went above and beyond to ensure my mom’s service went smoothly. From the time of pick up at her home, to the time of her burial. What a touch of class. All staff members were awesome. They were very empathetic and comforting. Our counselor, Kanon was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Our service director, Edwin Limon was excellent. He was able to answer all of our concerns and promptly executed an eloquent service. Dad rest in peace.
I wasn't actively looking, but when a prime location opened up at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, Manny reached out and made sure I didn't miss the opportunity. He helped me secure the last two available spaces in one of the best spots in the cemetery — at a price that made the decision easy.
What stood out most was that there was zero pressure. Manny was genuinely helpful, informative, and respectful throughout the entire process. This is obviously a sensitive and deeply personal purchase, and he handled it with exactly the right amount of professionalism and care.
