833 Emerson St, Palo Alto“Reach is incredible. I was in a pretty fragile place, and I needed something completely different from anything I'd ever done before. I needed something new; something that wouldn't allow me to compare myself to what I used to be able to do, and get more discouraged. I signed up for the three intro classes with Zoe. From the moment I got there, I felt welcomed, listened-to, and encouraged. I've since taken classes with Zoe, Marion, Tracy, and Kathleen. They each have their own style of teaching, and each one is excellent, exceeding every expectation. The atmosphere is professional yet relaxed, and the instruction is second to none. Impeccable all around. This place is truly wonderful; thank you for all you do!!!!“

930 Main St, Redwood City“Heartcore is the perfect blend of everything you want in a high-intesity pilates workout. They have that "it-factor" with their Instagrammable aesthetic, friendly instructors that keep you inspired, megaformers that make sense, and full-body classes that burn like hell but keep you coming back. Needless to say, I'm ADDICTED to this place. I've visited a lot of the popular pilates spots in the Bay Area and I believe nothing compares to this community. Everyone that works here has this contagious, bubbly energy that you can sense the moment you walk in. The people and culture they've created around this place are seriously unmatched. Couldn't rave enough about their staff! Also, I highly recommend this if you're a lagree lover or die-hard reformer warrior. In my opinion, you get the best of both worlds here! Difficult enough for experienced pilates princesses, but also manageable enough for beginners too. Either way, these classes are humbling but I promise you will love the burn!“

10580 S De Anza Blvd, Cupertino“Excellent staff all around. I have had to use their services for two different issues. In both cases, they studied the issue and planned the recovery really well with excellent results for me. Knowledgeable, skilled and caring staff all around with a very good process of exercises at the facility followed by an at home plan that has videos to ensure correct form at home. The facility is clean, spacious with all the equipment needed. Strongly recommend Peak Physical Therapy.“

887 Oak Grove Ave A, Menlo Park“Leigh Ann clearly loves to teach, and it shows. She makes subtle corrections to my form which makes each move harder, but we can do hard things!
All the instructors are great and patient and helpful to newbies. There are 10 xformers. The place is spotless.“

394 State St, Los Altos“Everything I tried on at Alys Grace today looked amazing! Even my old favorite outfits are fitting comfortably again! People are asking what I'm doing differently. I have not been disappointed since beginning Pilates training starting in November 2023 at this beautiful downtown Los Altos studio. It is the most efficient resistance training that engages the full body, mind and heart. I am continually challenged, never bored, and I see and feel the results. No more back fat, underarm flab, and sleeping through the night! All the instructors and clients are wonderful humans. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to working out!“

“This week, I tried Pilates for the first time at RockSalt Studio in Redwood City. My friend dragged me out of bed at 6:00 AM for this adventure haha. Luckily, finding parking was a breeze since it was early. Walking into the studio, I was blown away by how clean and cozy it was. The instructor gave us a warm welcome, setting the vibe for the whole class. She explained everything in a way that even newbies like me could understand, which was a huge relief. What I loved most was how chill the class was. I didn't feel pressured to keep up with everyone else; I could go at my own pace. The instructor was so positive and helpful, always making sure I was doing the moves right. Plus, the equipment was top-notch and easy to use. After the class, I couldn't wait to come back for more. It was such a great experience, and I'm already looking forward to my next session.“

150 Wortham Ct, Mountain View“I have been a student of Teresa's BoneSmart Pilates for six years, starting with her DVDs and then graduating to her website where I have taken several virtual classes, and then joined the BoneSmart Movement Library and Burst classes on demand. Teresa is a highly qualified, certified instructor who is always emphasizing safety first and provides a wide range of exercises for all ages and abilities, including women with osteoporosis. I love the Library because it offers so many options to choose from - dance, restorative Pilates, one hour or 30 minute sessions, and so much more, and is available anytime I want to exercise. The short "bursts" are easy to work into my daily life as they only take about 10 minutes to do and are always fun. However, the best thing about BoneSmart Pilates is Teresa - she is dedicated to excellence and her classes are always joyful, challenging and never boring. I am so grateful to be part of this very special community.“

20670 Stevens Creek Blvd, Cupertino“I went to the club Pilates intro class with angel and everything was really easy to follow. I don’t think reformers Pilates is for me as I prefer mat workouts, but it was clean and everyone is nice so it is a good studio to check out if this is your thing“
8AM - 4:30PM
835 Mohican Way, Redwood City“I've been studying Pilates with Harriet for over 20 years. The changes I have experienced in my body are dramatic. I have more strength, flexibility and better posture than I did 20 years ago. As well, I have increased my bone density per my latest Dexa scan.Pilates is not just an exercise, but an art form. I had studied with another studio before I found Harriet, and she transformed my practice from good to great. Her body awareness, intuition, and ability to bring a wealth of knowledge from other disciplines into her teaching is unique.Harriet has an uncanny ability to see what I'm doing with my body even through baggy clothing and give me queues to correct my form and activate the right muscles to perform the exercise for the most benefit..Every session is tailored to give me just what I need that day. I can't recommend Harriet enough for anyone who wants to take their Pilates experience to the next level.“
