I’ve been a member at another gym for a very long time, but I rarely went. I’ve never liked or enjoyed exercise. However, as I got older and started going through menopause, both my body and my doctors, family, and friends were giving me the same message that I was losing muscle, strength, and energy.
Knowing myself, I was very skeptical when I first visited The Well Studio. But this place has been completely life-changing for me. It’s so much more than just a clean facility with great equipment and a wide selection of classes. There is something truly special about the people here. I don't know how they found such amazing, encouraging instructors and staff. Even the other members are incredibly supportive, friendly, and fun.
I felt the positive energy the moment I walked through the door, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't just a good first impression. During my 2-weeks trial, I ended up going every single day to try different classes except for two Sundays and I realized what I felt was 100% real. As soon as my trial ended, I immediately signed up for a monthly membership because I love this place so much. I’ve never enjoyed working out this much, and I actually look forward to going every day. My family and friends are in absolute shock hearing this come out of my mouth and honestly, so am I!
