I shop at Vons in several locations, and this one is similar to others I have visited, and my rating has a lot to do with their friendly, helpful staff. The products are pretty much the same as elsewhere, prices consistent with their ads, parking fairly routine. One thing I greatly appreciate is the recycling bins at the store entrance, for me, mostly to return used plastics. The only reason I don't give the store a five is because they don't have a self-checkout lane, which might be a small nit, but when one has only an item or two to purchase, waiting behind a few others with overflowing carts can be annoying.
I had been experiencing increasing joint pain and limited mobility for about 5 years. I tried a number of therapies, supplements, diets, etc., but nothing helped. However, since working with Drs. Bastian and Swartz, I am now almost pain free and progressively limber. Chiropractic BioPhysics combined with exercise and stretching has made all the difference for me. Additionally, the Back to Total Health office/practice is very reasonably priced, easy to get to, is a very relaxed/comfortable environment, and pleasantly staffed by the Drs.’ assistants Gabby and GiGi. While I realize this therapy won’t work for everyone, I nonetheless highly encourage anyone who thinks they might benefit from it to at least consult with the Drs.

Victor is the best barber I’ve been to, mainly because of his incredible attention to detail. He’s very methodical with his work. So much so that he reminded me of a surgeon or even a dentist with how precise and careful he is. Even though I only got a basic haircut and a close shave for $55, the overall experience felt very high-quality.

Tim always gives me a great haircut. Recently, I had to wait an additional 3 weeks from the normal time between cuts because I wasn’t in town. Amazingly, while my hair was long, it did not look bad at all. Thats how good Tim’s cuts are!!

I recently moved to the area to be closer to my father who is getting on in age, so I've had to start from scratch with everything.I got a new doctor, a dentist, and a place to buy gas and groceries.Now I have my new barber, so my new start is coming together rather nicely as I'm slowly checking off the necessities of life.Everybody's checklist has an order of priorities and for me, a good barber is right up there at the top.So I got really lucky finding James because his shop was the first place I tried.An hour of pleasant, private conversation in a cool, clean atmosphere was all I had hoped it would be and more.Nobody waiting for their turn behind me, no babies crying or kids running around asking for lollipops and my hair never looked better.James has a way of making you feel like you've known each other for years and he knows what he's doing when it comes to cutting hair.So my new life in a new town is coming together rather nicely.Oh, I might decide to get gas at a different station or buy groceries at a different store. I think I'll probably even check around for a different primary physician.But I don't have any reservations about knowing that I found my barber.

What you need to know is that Jardiel is incredibly skilled, professional, and detail-oriented. He is also a great listener. As a gender expansive person, they have very friendly staff. I got my first ever full acrylic set and its beautiful. I had the younger lady and she was so kind and did a wonderful job. Giselle has done my facials eyebrow shaping , lamination, brow tinting and lash lift and tint I’ve had the greatest experience with her . Her facials are so relaxing my skin felt rejuvenated. She also does body detox with an infrared sauna blanket I added it to my facial as well as dry brushing!
She did cupping on my skin which is great for my lymphatic system I loved it so much and recommend this salon!

I booked facials for my sister and I at the end of March for end of May, so you need to book early if you are coming in from out of town. Jay customized our experience based on his inspection and analysis of our skin. He explains his process and let me tell you, it is luxurious and effective. His work is relaxing yet shows immediate results. My skin has never looked better. Will be booking again if we travel back to Palm Springs and will be doing it early so as to not miss out! I have been going to prickly pineapple for about eight years. I have gotten Brow waxing from her, under arm, waxing, and also a facial. I just want to say she is very clean , her room is super cute and her work is always painless . Waxing is great and the amount of years I’ve been going to her I have less and less hair growth, which is perfect. She also has packages and incredible deals all the time to you can always get deal . Her prices are very reasonable and I don’t think they have changed in the years I have going to her . She makes her schedule very flexible and makes herself available when he can . Truly one of the most talented and intuitive massage therapists I have ever experienced. Uncanny ability to sense the area of your body where you are carrying stress and work to relieve it.
Although communication was a bit challenging, the massage technique was indeed good, much better than the feeling of my home massage chair.

Daniel was exceptional—polite, calming, and extremely talented. I received the rejuvenation package, which included a Swedish massage. His technique, particularly his skill in incorporating stretching while applying deep pressure, was incredibly relaxing. My entire mind and body felt fully rejuvenated after the session.
I would enthusiastically recommend Daniel and plan to return to the spa specifically for his services.

Alex made an initial diagnosis and returned two days later to tell me it was time for a new refrigerator as repairing the old one would be prohibitively expensive. Ozzy was great troubleshooting and replacing our icemaker. He listened to the troubleshooting I had already done, got the necessary parts and installed and promptly followed up to make sure the job was done.
Ray is a pro and the team provides such great service and results. I initially had Jim and Ray do all of the Scotchgard on most of my furniture and rugs. And they have been over to remove stains twice and have done a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this team.

Best in Palm Springs! I had a super emergency it was the day before Thanksgiving and relatives were coming in last minute. I called and Tarrin and he was was surprisingly understandable. He removed my pet odor and stains, and did so extremely quick. Atfter he completed the cleaning, he allowed me to see how much dirt was removed. Tarrin was extremely knowledgeable about upholstery carpet fibers and carpet cleaning! I’m always worried when I call someone to do something like cleaning carpets because if they don’t care about their work it’s a complete waste of time. Sam was very thorough, and spent nearly three hours working on the two rooms and the furniture. I really appreciate it. Some tough stains came clean and it looks much better.

GRG was recommended to me by Hermetic AC Javier. I met with George 2 days later. Then I had to leave the desert and come home. Within days, a brand new roof, replacing the old tar and gravel roof, was in place. The neighbors all said it looked great 👍 and as far as I know from 500 miles away, everything is still looking good

He doesn't engage in fearmongering to upsell unnecessary deep-cleanings, as some of the newer practices do. Dr. Marco was amazing. My wife threw her back out the first day of our vacation (luggage issue) and he squeezed us in on a Saturday. He invested over 90 minutes diagnosing and treating my wife with great success. The best compliment was when she said “I wish we lived here.“ He was incredibly professional and his staff was fabulous. We are now eating at the restaurant they recommended called Sammy G‘s. It is also wonderful. Great outcome with so much less pain! 2 more beautiful weeks in the desert with another trip back to Dr. Marco on Wednesday!

We are not regulars of this vet and had to take our cat here after an emergency. We called more for an end of life consultation, but after some consultation with Dr. Henein, we got some x rays and ended up opting for an emergency surgery the next day to remove a tumor from his colon/intestine. They got him in to surgery within 24hrs of our visit and ended up saving his life. They called during the surgery, after, and multiple times every day following. They went beyond what I’d expect and the communication was amazing. They absolutely saved our cat and even the surgeon that helps out but isn’t a part of this practice called multiple times to check on him. The only negative thing I could mention would be the cost, but I don’t imagine that surgery would have been any less expensive anywhere else. I highly recommend this place for the compassion, professionalism and especially communication!

Pilates at Ecore Fitness changed our lives. We’re finishing up our private lessons with Aleesa and we’re so thrilled with how much we’ve learned as beginners. It’s addicting and Aleesa’s attitude and knowledge have made us feel confident. Every session we have is always different and that’s what makes it exciting when we show up to class. She is always accommodating to our schedule as well. She knows what areas of our bodies need more tuning. The location and cleanliness of this studio is top notch. I recommend this studio to all levels of pilates. They know what they’re doing.
I've been a client of this studio since 2009. I always tell people that it's the best thing I've done for myself in my adult life. Owner Ron Duran is caring, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable -- he is truly a teacher in the best sense of the word. He welcomes students of all levels and abilities, and makes sure every class is different so it never feels like "the same old thing." Instructors Jesse and Brian are excellent, and promote the same level of care and professionalism. Jesse brings humor and a wealth of knowledge to his program. Brian is the newest member of the team and he is a seamless fit, with an obvious love of Pilates. His classes are clearly designed for students to get the most out of every workout.

I had such a great experience with Yoshi. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel comfortable and took the time to ask about what was bothering me and what I wanted to get out of the session. It was clear he really listened and tailored the massage to what my body needed.

I walked out feeling so much better than when I came in. If you’re looking for someone who provides truly therapeutic bodywork instead of just a relaxing massage, I can’t recommend Yoshi enough.
Gigi was a fabulous therapist. She was able to squeeze my husband and I in same day and got to our airbnb early to set up. Her table and linens were comfortable and her prices are reasonable. She's also very personable and gave us restaurant recommendations! Will definitely use her when we visit Palm Springs again!
Richard Limon is an excellent therapeutic massage therapist and bodyworker, and a genuinely kind person. I went to see him weekly during my stay in Palm Springs, and every session was a great experience. His work is therapeutic, targeted, and effective — not just a generic massage.
I originally saw him for deep tissue work, and the results were incredible: the tendonitis in my elbow is almost completely gone, and he also helped my shoulder a lot. I also received craniosacral work from him, which added another layer of relief and relaxation.
Richard is skilled, intuitive, professional, and very easy to feel comfortable with. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for thoughtful, effective bodywork that actually helps you move and feel better.

I had a 90-minute therapeutic massage with Ryan at Limelight Wellness Studio, and it was excellent from start to finish. I have a history of neck and low-back pain related to prior surgeries, and Ryan was incredibly skilled at addressing those areas with thoughtful, effective technique. He clearly knows what he’s doing, listened carefully, and maintained a calm, professional demeanor throughout.
