“Wonderfully laid out ranch with central arena, several round pens & many paddocks with shade, mineral blocks,automatic waterers, and barrel feeders that help lessen feed and hay waste. Fed 3 times a day. Also have separate tack rooms in close proximity and areas for washing horses as well as blankets or equipment. The ranch is well landscaped with abundant wildlife, particularly birds. In addition, the place is surrounded with public lands with soft horse trails and gorgeous views of 2 mountain ranges“
