Had an emergency water leak issue in my ceiling on a Sunday. These guys answered my call immediately, sent someone out within the hour, assessed the issue and were extremely transparent about the cause, cost, and best course of action. Really appreciate the responsiveness and honesty especially when dealing with an emergency situation on a weekend.

The technician was professional, friendly and efficient. Fixed our broken faucet very quickly and restored our water service. Very glad he could come out on short notice. Emergency response is more expensive than normal business hours but in the end it was worth it

We hired Plumbing Exerts to exchange a water heater after receiving an offer from a competitor for about 1/3 higher cost.Their plumber was on time and checked out the leak issue we had. We hired another company to examine the work and sadly their diagnosis was wrong. He asked if we like to continue with the work and I agreed, as out water heater was 25 years old.The man worked hard in 114⁰ F. And he finished, cleaned everything up. Yes, I checked if there are nails or screws on the floor and found nothing.We’re really happy with the work Plumbing Experts did and will hire them again if needed. Hopefully we don’t have to…
