“Ozzy was great troubleshooting and replacing our icemaker. He listened to the troubleshooting I had already done, got the necessary parts and installed and promptly followed up to make sure the job was done.”
“Great Service, my fridge stopped working, Austin arrived the next morning, had it running and told me the next steps to take if it happens again”
“ice maker wasn't working on a 15 year old refrigerator. Alex made an initial diagnosis and returned two days later to tell me it was time for a new refrigerator as repairing the old one would be prohibitively expensive. He gave me recommendations on what brand to consider purchasing and two days later I got a new refrigerator. He's very easy to work with and trustworthy.”
