First time getting a Hydrafacial and it will not be my last! What a wonderful procedure, leaving my skin hydrated and glowing!! Azucena was so kind and informative about the treatment, letting me know what she was doing and its benefits. The ambiance was so relaxing and I just had the best time being pampered. Truly fantastic hydrafacial - one of the best I’ve ever had. The entire experience was rejuvenating, effective, and relaxing (my Apple Watch even thought I was asleep!). The facialist took so much care with my skin, working really diligently and patiently to clear out my stubborn pimple with radio frequency and other tools. She was so gentle and gave the most luxurious facial/neck massage - her pacing was perfect, with nothing feeling rushed. The team was so welcoming and accommodating too, and offered to squeeze in a friend who wanted a massage at the same time. Took my mom for a facial and massage for her birthday. Alex was the massage therapist and Ana did the facial. Both were amazing. Highly professional and a perfect experience. Very clean and quiet too. In addition, when we arrived, the rooms were decorated for her birthday for a perfectly personalized experience! 5 stars and would highly recommend! Definitely will be going back.
