I've been seeing Ryan Winward at Limelight for about a year, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received. During that time, I've experienced several therapies, including Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Cupping Therapy, and Shockwave Therapy for injury and trigger point recovery. My friend booked me an appt with Ryan Winward while I was on vacation, and I'm thankful that they did! Ryan was kind and talented. I've not had a message (or even been on a vacation) in years, I bottle up A LOT of emotions, and things were so stressful leading up to my vacation. Not only was Ryan able to find all my stress points but he was able to relieve them without causing any pain (or even discomfort). I had a 90-minute therapeutic massage with Ryan at Limelight Wellness Studio, and it was excellent from start to finish. I have a history of neck and low-back pain related to prior surgeries, and Ryan was incredibly skilled at addressing those areas with thoughtful, effective technique. He clearly knows what he’s doing, listened carefully, and maintained a calm, professional demeanor throughout.
