am writing to provide a review of my recent experience at your spa in Palm Springs, specifically regarding my massage therapist, Daniel.
Daniel was exceptional—polite, calming, and extremely talented. I received the rejuvenation package, which included a Swedish massage. His technique, particularly his skill in incorporating stretching while applying deep pressure, was incredibly relaxing. My entire mind and body felt fully rejuvenated after the session.
I would enthusiastically recommend Daniel and plan to return to the spa specifically for his services.
I received a facial here and the lady giving the facial was lovely. I enjoyed my facial and I very much enjoyed my time here. However the spa it self is pretty run down and could use more cleaning regularly. The ceiling in the jacuzzi room had things hanging from the ceiling and the paint is peeling off. Not a great look. The shower had hair all over it and towels from the previous guest. The sheets on my massage chair for my facial had oil marks all over them not sure if this was on purpose or just not clean. The staff were all very kind and helpful. So overall, good experience just they need to do some upgrades and better structure on cleaning.
Took my mom to the spa for a deep tissue massage and it was a great experience from start to finish. The check-in staff was super friendly, professional, and attentive. My mom absolutely loved her massage. The masseuse was amazing and really helped work out the tension in her body. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-run spa!
