I returned home from a two-hour myofascial release session with Richard, and the results are honestly profound. Immediately after the session, I noticed my body functioning in ways I'd never felt. My feet literally feel like springs, and there is a newfound lightness to my gait. Most impressively, I can feel my contralateral movement working efficiently.
