Richard Limon is an excellent therapeutic massage therapist and bodyworker, and a genuinely kind person. I went to see him weekly during my stay in Palm Springs, and every session was a great experience. His work is therapeutic, targeted, and effective — not just a generic massage.

I returned home from a two-hour myofascial release session with Richard, and the results are honestly profound. Immediately after the session, I noticed my body functioning in ways I'd never felt. My feet literally feel like springs, and there is a newfound lightness to my gait. Most impressively, I can feel my contralateral movement working efficiently. If you are looking to restore your body’s structural integrity and movement patterns, look no further. I'm in Palm Springs to write in a relaxed environment, which I was unable to do because I had acute back pain referring down my legs. After searching on Yelp and Google, I decided to book with Richard. I'M SO GLAD I CHOSE HIM! After our 75 minute deep tissue massage session, I have full range of motion back, I am able to do my normal stretches (which I was not able to do last night), and my writing day became productive again. He found exactly the spots that were troubling me and relaxed both my muscle and related nerve pain.
