“I was in Palm Springs with my wife for a 3 day getaway when my computer went down. I looked up some computer techs, and chose Jason's company because he put his name on it (a sign of confidence in his work) He said to bring it by, and I asked if he could possibly get it done in a day or so, as we would soon be leaving town. He said he would check it out, and within an hour or so called me to tell me it was ready. I was blown away and picked it up. He then reached out to me later to see if if it was working OK. Wow. You just don't get that kind of concern very often. He also said to get in touch if I needed any additional help. Pretty rare and impressive.
