Ben really pushes them during the workout, teaching them correct form and making sure they are challenging themselves. Best of all, my boys have fun and look forward to the workouts! This gym has all of the equipment you’ll see in a big chain owned gym, without the big gym mentality. The owners Ben and Brooke really care about their members and you’ll feel like part of the family.“

I’ve been a member of Fitnello for just over six months, and the experience has truly been life‑changing. When I arrived for my initial consultation, I had never lifted weights and my background was limited to hot‑yoga practice.
My journey began with the group‑class prep session with Angelina. Her expertise and upbeat personality made the workout feel fun rather than intimidating. As I transitioned into regular group classes, I discovered a supportive community of women who were incredibly helpful and welcoming to newcomers.
Elina, the owner, now leads the evening sessions. She’s exceptionally knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the “why” behind each movement. She also teaches us how to track our weights and reps so we can increase volume in a safe, progressive manner.
Beyond the friendly atmosphere and expert guidance, I’ve seen tangible results: a 5 % reduction in body fat and a 5 % increase in muscle mass!

1600 Tribute Rd, Sacramento“My PT Drew Reid was fantastic! Prior to having a total hip replacement in Nov ‘24, I went to another PT. It felt performative. On the other hand,my experience with KPPT/Drew felt collaborative because he listened to my needs, and as a result understood my lifestyle and the resources available to me. He suggested progressively more challenging PT routines based on my feedback and his expertise. I made tangible progress weekly and was able to get back to playing pickleball and cycling around 8 weeks after THR. That’s a huge win in my book! I continued to make tangible progress thereafter and even after “graduating” from PT continue to get stronger.“

When I found Body By Vlad online, I immediately knew that it was different from other places I had found when researching local options. Due to the website’s complete transparency about the program’s offerings, the trainers, and the (surprisingly reasonable) pricing structure, I decided to take a chance and booked a free consultation with Linea. At the risk of sounding cliché, I had no idea that that decision would completely change my life. Linea was immediately so warm, friendly, and kind that I knew this gym was something I wanted to be a part of. And that is exactly what happens when you join…. you become a part of it. Right after my consultation, Vlad reached out to see if I had any questions and provided me with a recommended meal plan and exercise and stretching program based on the amount of time I had available during the week, and he incorporated equipment I had available to me at home. When you get inside the gym itself…there is no intimidation factor here – in fact, it often feels like your own private gym. The place is always immaculately clean (even the bathrooms, with available showers), and every piece of equipment is always in perfect working order. As for the guided workouts themselves – Linea teaches and leads with patience and grace, taking the time to explain what muscle groups I’m working, so that I always know I’m doing the exercise correctly and with proper form. Don’t get me wrong – the workouts are TOUGH, but the circuits are always mindfully varied and a lot of fun, and I always leave feeling proud knowing I’ve accomplished something challenging. I have also trained with Sean a couple of times, and he is amazing! I am approaching my one-year anniversary at this gym, and the improvement in my strength, both mentally and physically, in such a short amount of time, is absolutely mind blowing. Through this program, I have become so much more aware of nutrition. I also feel comfortable walking into a gym and working out on my own, and I have so much more confidence than I did when I first started.. I can’t wait to see the progress I’ll continue to make, and would encourage ANYONE to join this amazing space.“

Met Susanna, who spent a considerable amount of time probing and massaging to find the Offensive muscles and joints that were causing the problem. She worked up a special set of exercises to strengthen the muscles and was very descriptive in explaining the Problem and solution. In two weeks, all pain was gone and I was back to enjoying my daily activities.“

David not only makes it enjoyable, but he pushes me to be the best version of myself every time I train with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always answering any questions I have about the workouts that we do, along with ensuring that I’m doing the workouts correctly (most trainers could care less, but not David!). Not only does he know what he’s doing, but he is by far one of the friendliest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The overall experience has been amazing, and I’ve seen big improvements in myself since I’ve started going. I would recommend David to anyone I know who is interested in bettering themselves physically. If I could, I’d give him 10/5 stars. Thanks for the amazing experience David, the world needs more people like you!“
