I’ve been searching a long time to find a workout that I LOVE and this is it! The workouts are quick but very challenging & the studio atmosphere feels very non-judgmental. The instructors are all awesome- my favorites are Leslie & Kristin ?

The classes are hard. However, the instructors are very kind and helpful so that you understand how to do the exercises correctly and that you continue to improve .They are some of the best instructors that I have seen and they make you want to come back. If you were ready for an intense workout, this is definitely a place to choose.

I took Natalie’s class and loved it! She’s so knowledgeable and hands on for adjustments. I have been at Insta for a long time and find it so helpful for her help when I get tired, it helps keep my form correct and I get a better workout because of it ❤️
