Trainers in Elk Grove picked by BestProsInTown
“I've been to a lot of gyms and worked with several personal trainers, and AMPT Fitness is one of the best. Bryan takes the time to understand your goals and any obstacles you're facing. The gym is clean, welcoming, and has an amazing sense of community. Workouts are challenging but fun, and even as a new member, everyone has made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!”
“I have been to a few different gyms over the years, I have gotten the best experience here! The personal training experience for me has been amazing. I do recommend everyone to try it. Down 50lbs with the encouragement, positive attitude and support.”
“PFT ELK GROVE, great place for all levels. Workouts change monthly and trainers work with your individual needs. Check them out, it's more than just a facility it's a family of continual growth and support. #pftfamily”
