This gym is perfect for those who want to start or just want a forever gym. It has plenty of equipment needed to build muscle in every part of your body. The environment and aura feels healthy as soon as you step in. The owner is very welcoming and helpful to everyone who walks through the door. I highly recommend checking this gym out.
This place is like my second home. It’s quite motivating to see members really put in the work. Members are willing to help out if you need a spot. Definitely worth the drive for me as I live in Grass Valley. I see people wiping off their equipment after using it. People are also very courteous sharing machines. Love that they have a supplement shop right inside. Trish and Shaun are knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions you have.
Trish and James are top in the business of prepping you for a fitness competition. They give you the workouts and nutrition to get you in amazing shape. They are both experienced competitors, look great and will help you look great too! Thankful that I got to train here. :)
