“This company is the REAL DEAL! I was changing out the Thermostat and prior to doing so everything was working great. But something happened and the system just stopped working after I installed the new thermostat. First Service company I called came out and basically stated I needed to replace the entire system. At the cost of $15k! They tried to pressure me into giving them the go ahead but I balked and stood my ground. At the very least I wanted a second opinion. Called this local company that’s been in business for 20 years. They were very professional and the Technician (Michael T) was extremely Pleasant & Professional. Explained the issue he asked where the access was to the unit portion in the attic (other firm asked but never went up to inspect). After about 10 minutes upon his arrival he came down from the attic to show me the blown fuse. After about another 10 minutes my A/C was fully functional! Total bill $200! Thank goodness I decided to get a second opinion! What a savior he was! These guys will now be my ONLY go to company going forward!!!
