“Castillo Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended by a friend. Made an appointment so easily on line.
They are so professional and punctual I was amazed.
My Air Conditioner is 25 years old and I have never had a routine service done so unbelievably thorough in all these years.
They dont do any maintenance if it is not needed. They washed my unit and checked everything. It was only $150 in the past I have payed more.
I wish I had known about this company years ago!!

“The young man was very efficient- removed all the register covers to clean the ducts (no issues to the paint or drywall around the registers).
I also added my dryer vent to be cleaned and hw was kind enough to also vacuum the area behind the dryer as being a senior I can not move it to clean.

“I have a home warranty contract with choice warranty. My air conditioner went out on Sunday. I called them and they said they couldn’t get anyone to help me until Wednesday afternoon with this terrible heat wave. The company they were going to try to refer me to was a one star company who had terrible reviews and was known for fraudulent activities by the Better Business Bureau. . I called Call Devon at 5:30 in the morning out of desperation . Devon was not only professional, but was very sympathetic to my situation and came out a few hours later. He knew exactly what was wrong with my system by what I was telling him and didn’t overcharge me . He also had the part and fixed it immediately. It’s hard to find honest people anymore, and he is so honest he is the real deal!! I will be using Devon and his company again and so will my family and friends. Amazing customer service!!“
