I did not share anything, and was ready for some Spiel, and rip off, especially I tend to see a lot of this, when as a woman I have contractors over. Fortunately Eric did a thorough eval and was honest and upfront, he told me the repairs cost and replacement cost---Matched most of what I already knew, and then cheaper options...He said its a family business and a lot happens with word of mouth.
