I first contacted Integrity Air after receiving a flyer for their AC maintenance special. Josh L. inspected my 20-year-old AC system, explained everything clearly, changed the filter, and discussed future options without pressuring me to replace the unit. I appreciated his professionalism.

He quickly diagnosed a condensate drain line blockage, cleared it efficiently using a vacuum at the exterior discharge point, and replaced a small section of PVC pipe near the evaporator coil. The repair was completed in about 1.5 hours and Josh took the time to explain everything clearly, including the risks of delaying the repair during the heat wave.
