We have the membership providing annual check-ups. The A/C system was inspected finding a failed component. It was replaced under warranty. We added a surge protector to the outside A/C equipment. There was also a failed surge protector in the system equipment in the attic. It wasn't under warranty. We had it replaced to protect the equipment from power surges. Makoa T. provided the services and was very through in his work. We are very satisfied with Makoa's service. He took time to explain everything to us so nothing was a mystery. All of the techs are good at We Care.
