“I had my AC system tune-up and the next day my home was hotter than before I ever called them for service. Not sure what they actually tuned up. I'm was totally disappointed because I have used 5-star plumbing multiple times for other services. They have always been exceptional. Needless to say by the 3rd day the heat in my home was unbearable and I contacted 5 Star Plumbing to request another service call. They representative was more than happy to get someone out immediately. I did not have an appointment, however within 2 hours they arranged for a technician to come out and investigate the problem. The issue was resolved and I am on cloud nine. Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for correcting the issue. This was the excellent and efficient customer service I am accustomed to from this company! You guys and truly 5 Star!“

“i called for hvac service because my thermostat was set high, but the house only reached 69 and the airflow from the vents felt weak. They scheduled me for a window between 11 and 2, and joseph called and was able to arrive earlier, which was very helpful. He found an error code related to a dirty air filter. Even though i had recently changed the filter, we used my spare filter and he installed it. After that, the system still seemed slow to warm the house, so i called back. darrell came out and spent more than two hours checking the heating system, making adjustments, testing airflow, and looking over other possible causes. He also found that the filter had not been fully secured, which affected the air circulation through the return and vents. Once that was corrected, the heater performed much better. darrell took the time to explain what he was doing, answered my questions, and gave useful recommendations for future hvac maintenance, including keeping the filter properly seated and checking airflow if the thermostat setting does not match the indoor temperature. In Hemet, having reliable heat and good airflow on cooler nights still matters, and i appreciated how thorough he was. What started off a little rough ended in a very positive way, and i would use this company again for heating and air service.“
