Xavier the Savior! 🙌

I can’t say enough good things about Xavier and this company. He came out after hours during a heat wave when our AC suddenly stopped working, and he was an absolute lifesaver!

Xavier was incredibly polite, professional, and responsive. He got back to me so quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and had the repair completed in no time. The pricing was also completely fair, especially considering it was an after-hours emergency call during extreme heat.

It was such a relief to have our AC back up and running so quickly. Xavier was amazing from start to finish, and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC work. You won’t regret calling them!

This company is amazing! Earlier in the day, I had another company come out to fix my AC and that company made it worse. I live in a new build community, so this other company was the one who installed my unit when the house was built. The AC was blowing at 107 degrees and refused to come back and fix it. That is when 24 Hour Express Services literally came to the rescue. Within 30 minutes Tyler Kenaston got to my house (this all occurred at 8pm on a Friday night). Tyler identified the issue, fixed the issue, and identified all the problems I had with my AC that this other company messed up and configured incorrectly. Called them after hours for water line fix in the kitchen. I got a hold of someone promptly and asked to have a tech come out as soon as possible.
I got a call from a technician named Tyler stating that he could be there in 10mins. Tyler was on time, had a great personality and worked fast. He fixed the issue in no time and was very professional. I am very pleased with the service he and the company provide. Very exceptional service. Will definitely recommend this company to others.
