Called them on a Saturday for my parents' house. They picked up the phone and she was very professional and friendly.We had a bad backup in all the bathrooms..water and you know what! They showed up quickly, and when they said they would be there. She gave me a quote over the phone, and that's exactly what it was. She stated if there were going to be any extra charges that they would tell us beforehand on what it is, they had to do and explain it to me.I own a couple of homes, so..all in all, great company and would definitely do business with them again!!
My 3rd time using 24 Hour Express. Every time they are incredible. I needed my washing machines shutoff valves replaced so we can install our new washer. The existing were corroded and would not turn off. Called at 11AM and Aaron arrived at 1PM. By 2PM he was done. Aaron showed incredible professionalism during his time at our house. No need to ever call another plumbing service. And they are very reasonable on there charges.
