We appreciate that Action stands behind their work. Our technician German advocated for us during a recent challenging repair, and made sure that it was covered by warranty as it should have been. He also completed the repair as quickly as humanly possible, securing parts that needed special ordering. We have full faith in his workmanship. He is professional and a downright nice guy. Action is lucky to have him, and so are we!
The guys that came out (Devon and his team) were very professional and answered all my questions. They even found an issue related to my water heater that I thought was fixed since they were up in the attic. And then answered questions about that to help me find ways to get it corrected. They went above and beyond. Thank u!!
