No doubt James Mares is a pro .I barely recognized my whole mechanism looked brand new . He showed me the inside and how it operates and answered all my questions , the right temperature etc .Super friendly too and made me teary cuz he gave me a grandma hug when he said goodbye . Unit works very well .

Roberto was on time and well dressed.He serviced our heater in attic.Very professional and explained all recommendations.He did a good job.My suggestions were to inform mgmt to equip their techs with a longer ladder. Our ceilings are 11 ftand your ladders do not reach. Had to use my ladder. This has occurred in every tech visit. He had a 24 ft ladder but does not adjust.Also, I believe your repair prices are high.
