Randall was exceptional and very insightful when explaining the different services we could choose from. He was on time, effective, and extremely professional. Our carpets look incredible now, and the best part is there is no lingering smell, which is often the case with many carpet cleaning services! My carpet, which is well over 15 years old, may not look brand new, but Colin & Sons Carpet Cleaning Service made it look pretty good. They even went the extra mile and cleaned my couch and loveseat, also to a good standard. Kyle and Maximus were absolutely terrific and professional. I will certainly engage their services again in Los Altos.
