These past few months my son has been sick with a cough that seemed to be turning into asthma. I wasn't sure what was the cause as it started to happen pretty soon after moving into our new house. I had Bio Clean come out and test my house to see what was in the air. They did an inspection of my home and found that we had a water leak under our sink that resulted in mold. The test that they took came back high for certain molds that could be causing my son's asthma to get worse. The unfortunate part for me was that the mold levels in the rest of our bedrooms were also in an unsafe mold.

I had John and his team come out right away, and they were able to clean up all the mold throughout our house. He also suggested a mold fumigation process that we went with as well.

After the remediation was complete, we moved back in and my son has been feeling better ever since. His asthma and cough have subsided, and we are extremely grateful for John and his team.

“After much too long an interval from the last time, this company cleaned my carpet and after two necessary rescheduling (one due to weather and one due to illness.) Jimmy came to clean my carpets on December 3. I took the dog out for the duration while my son was here to supervise and help shift furniture around when needed. Jimmy let me know when he was on his way and that would’ve put his arrival time a little earlier than we had agreed so I asked him if he wouldn’t mind waiting 15 minutes for me to pull myself together and get out out of the garage with the dog afnd he said that was just fine. It took him a little under three hours to clean two bedrooms, a living room and two flights of stairs. The carpet looks very much cleaner and all of this was handled very professionally. I’m just gg few g o po I didn’t replace carpeting with laminate wood flooring, I didn’t so regular cleaning of the carpet I do have is important. 550 sq feet and and 28 stairs.
