Carlos was incredible. Our carpets have never looked this good. He worked so hard to get them looking like new and they are at least 15 years old and get a lot of use. We have three sets of carpeted stairs that needed cleaning. Looks like a whole new home. He communicated often and let us know when he would arrive. Great experience, will use again.
