Adrian and his son Manuel came and gave us a very professional consultation and then carefully cleaned the floor. It sparkles now. There are a few stains in the terra-cotta that he suggested I take some fine sandpaper and try to remove those stains. I did that and those areas look much better. Next step will be to seal it.
