He was only hired to do one room but was very flexible and did a hallway and a set of stairs when asked at last minute. Best price in the East Bay guarantee! “This review is long overdue. I had cleaners scheduled to come to my place after spending a bit of time debating on whether their pricing was reasonable. When I finally booked for them to clean my home, they ended up being a no-show. I called ShineBrite, (not realizing how much closer to me they were which was a plus) and got a call back within a half hour from the owner Jesse. He was kind enough to stop by and check out my home for a quote within 15 minutes. I booked with them to clean my home and they did a very thorough job! I've booked with different cleaners in the past and was never fully satisfied with being a repeat customer with them, but after working with Jesse's team I was sold. These are some of the nicest people I've worked with and they do an excellent job! They've been in business for years, and know what they're doing. “I've been using Bay Area Restoration for carpet and rug cleaning in our home for over 3 years now and I highly recommend them. Alex and his team are very courteous, professional and always on-time. Quotes are clear and pricing is consistent. They will always take time to do any spot cleaning (oil stains or pet stains) if you point it out to them. They also use a pet friendly cleaner so my dog doesn't need to be contained while it dries. We had a cleaning during the pandemic and the service is just as consistent/expected.“
