“The stairs going from the bottom floor to the second floor was utterly disgusting. We have had taken care of my mom's 2 dogs when she was sick and then we now have our 2 dogs. All of them have used the bottom of the stairs as a toilet or place to puke. We just need to eventually get rid of the carpeting but in the meantime we hired Elmer's. The guy was very responsive on Yelp messaging, gave a quote, sent me a calendar invite. The price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for carpet cleaning.“

Edwin was very upfront and honest and even suggested another company as we were looking to get the services done as soon as possible. “I've been using Bay Area Restoration for carpet and rug cleaning in our home for over 3 years now and I highly recommend them. Alex and his team are very courteous, professional and always on-time. Quotes are clear and pricing is consistent. They will always take time to do any spot cleaning (oil stains or pet stains) if you point it out to them. They also use a pet friendly cleaner so my dog doesn't need to be contained while it dries. We had a cleaning during the pandemic and the service is just as consistent/expected.“
“Wow! Called this business at 9:45 this Saturday morning to get an estimate on deep cleaning my 8x10 area rug which has been badly soiled by my dogs. They were at my door at 11:00.The rug was really bad as was the pad underneath.I didnt expect perfection due to the extent of urine damage but they NAILED it! “As always they were professional, on time and accommodating. Had my bedroom wall to wall carpeting, hardwood floors, & upholstery cleaned. My hardwood floors throughout my one bedroom unit looked beautiful, wow I haven’t seen them look that nice since I had them installed the end of 2015. They will be returning this week to clean & polish my granite counters in kitchen and bath, as well as my backsplash tile and grout in the kitchen, having them re-caulk behind my bathroom sink as well. Having to get a plumber to first remove the bath and kitchen fixtures, they were more than willing to work with me in terms of the time of day. Again, excellent work.“
