“Miguel was the person who was in touch with me from start to the end and also the one who came for the actual cleaning of our carpet. We had a big stain of wet dirt that was drying over the last few days and so wanted to urgently get it cleaned from the carpet.

He and his colleague came together at sharp 7.30am PT and were thoroughly professional in their communication and cleaning efforts.
