Was amazing working with Andrew, great service and super prompt. Was desperately trying to clean ink stains from my area rug, causing even further damage :-). Really went all out to do a great job - really satisfied, will definitely give him business again.

Was able to schedule a residential carpet cleaning on short notice. The cleaning went well but a few spots needed to be touched up afterwards. The owner came out to fix the issue personally the following week. Good customer service.

Highly recommend Genesis! Booking was so easy; I especially loved the estimate feature on the website so I had an idea of what to expect..Andrew was quick to respond and communication was effortless. Our couches and rug turned out so beautiful and there was no chemical/cleaning fluid smell after (I was a little worried because we have dogs). Will have Genesis back soon for doing more rugs and furniture! Thank you so much!
